Put your skin on a diet

We usually don’t spend too much time thinking about our skin’s health. However, taking good care of your skin with a healthy diet of a few common foods is simple and will make it look and feel a lot better.

A few common products that you will want to keep in mind are of course water and those orange fruits and vegetables. Water is about as essential as it gets, hydration is the most important thing for skin – try drinking six to eight glasses of water per day. Carrots, pumpkins, apricots, they all have a component called betacarotene which is very important for skin cell health.
